Tom Goodlet is married to his beautiful wife Erica and has three children, Parker, Mason, and Avri. He has served as an Associate Minister at Harborside Christian Church in Safety Harbor, FL for over 10 years. In 2019, Tom founded Two Penny Publishing (TwoPennyPublishing.com). This fast-growing publishing company helps authors get a book from their heart into their hand. For four years, Tom co-hosted the Potentialist Podcast, which helps listeners see and achieve their potential. Tom is also a certified instructor of Leader Effectiveness Training for Gordon Training International and is currently on a path to become one of their master trainers.

Sara Stickler Allen is President of Stickler Learning located in Asheville, NC. She is a graduate of Trinity University, Deerfield, Illinois with a BS degree in Social Science. In addition, she has masters and doctorate degrees in Holistic Medicine.
In 1995 Sara started her holistic medical practice in suburban Chicago, Naperville, Illinois. Since then she has over 30,000 clinical hours working with her patients making her a leading and popular practitioner. In 2017 Sara moved to Asheville, NC and started her practice there. The primary focus of her practice is working with clients primarily with stress and depressive disorders.
Several years ago, Sara, in addition to her holistic medical practice, joined the Stickler Learning team as an accredited Leader Effectiveness Training (LET) instructor. She refers to LET as a de-stressor course which draws on her experience in stress and depressive disorders.
In recent years the emerging field of social neuroscience and emotional intelligence and its’ relationship to effective leadership are part of her LET training. She notes, “a bad boss is really a brain problem.” The combination of her holistic medical knowledge with the LET leadership skills have become a popular and highly effective part of her instruction. Recently a community bank CEO rated her LET class as A+.
Sara lives on a mountaintop in Asheville…next to her parents, Jane and Kent Stickler. Sara says “I love talking about the neuroscience of leadership. Connecting the LET skills with cutting edge insights into how stress affects our brains and work experience can be life changing for managers in my LET classes.”

Like every good adventure, a guide brings so much knowledge, depth, and even safety to the journey. Christie became a Certified Enneagram Coach to help guide clients to uncover the “Why’s” in life such as “why do I feel stuck at work or in my relationships?” Or “why do I have such a problem with getting along with certain people?” Using the tool of the Enneagram, she helps others get un-stuck through better self-awareness and understanding others on a deeper level.
Christie has been married to her husband, Cory for over 30 years and they have raised 3 adult children. That in itself is a huge journey and blessing!
Christie has taught pre-k through elementary school and worked as a youth leader with high school students as well. She loves teaching all ages and can’t get enough of those ‘ah-ha’ moments.
From teaching she moved to owning her own business, an interior design workroom. More recently, she has served as a Commissioned Minister in Youth and Children’s Ministry for over 7 years, where she coached leaders and built teams of volunteers.
As an Enneagram (type 2 wing 1) Certified Coach, she is passionate about guiding others to become aware of the warning signs we learn from the enneagram. Then helping to apply this knowledge and navigate to healthier relationships in your family and workplace.

Don has been married for 20 years to his wonderful wife, Christy. They have five children aged 16 to 6, Adelina, Marcail, Cadence, Donovan, and Reddington. Don has over 20 years of vocational ministry and serves as Pastor of Counsel and Discipleship at BLDG 28 Church in Clearwater, FL. Holding a Master of Divinity, he has pursued successful leadership for the past 20 years through schooling, mentorship, reading, and practical experience. He has owned three businesses; The Paper Boys, a wallpaper company; D.R. Lawn Company, a professional lawn company with over 470 clients, both of which have been sold. He now leads Rice Leadership Group, LLC for over eight years, a strengths-based company that builds stronger leaders and thriving cultures. Don is certified in Gallup CliftonStrengths, BP10, and is a certified GiANT.

Thomas lives a full and blessed life – married to his best friend, his wise and lovely wife of forty-seven years, Carol. Together they are honored to be the parents of four phenomenal children and their amazing spouses, plus proud grandparents to sixteen wonderful grandchildren.
An L.E.T. graduate, Thomas brings forty years of civic, educational, and business leadership experience to Two Penny Consulting. For more than a decade, Thomas was a small business owner specializing in the publishing and media industries. In addition, he has been employed in the non-profit sector, in public relations work, and in secondary and post-secondary education. Thomas is an experienced public speaker and educational/motivational workshop leader. An “out-of-the-box” thinker, he is known for his effective team-building skills, from recruiting “the right” team members to equipping and fostering their creative successes.
In the community, Thomas has coached youth athletic programs, served on various boards, and occasionally functioned as a liaison between local government agencies. Thomas has served as a visionary administrator for a professional symphony, a regional arts organization, and several schools. He has held membership in the Christian Management Association as well as in performing arts associations and societies, including NAfME, the International Event Safety Alliance, and the US Secondary School Advisory Board of London-based Digital Theatre+.

Previously, she worked at Harborside Christian Church for 7.5 years coordinating small groups and helping plan and oversee church events.
Sarah has a Master’s Degree from the University of South Florida St. Petersburg in Reading Education, Grades K-12.
